• Fish filets (pollock, cod, haddock or other local white fish)
  • Bread crumbs or whole wheat Ritz crackers
  • Margarine
  • Lemon wedges


  1. Place fish filets on greased sheet pan
  2. Lightly sprinkle filets with crumbled whole wheat Ritz crackers or bread crumbs
  3. Drizzle fish lightly with melted margarine
  4. Cook in 350 degree convection oven for 20 minutes
  5. Serve with lemon wedges
