Kirby Roberts works as the Catering and Special Events Director at UMass Dartmouth for Chartwells HE, with an MBA focused on Marketing and Business Management. Before FINE, Kirby worked as a hydroponic farmer in the Freight Farms on campus, worked to bring kelp farming to the university and campaigned for the procurement and use of underutilized fish on the menus. In her free time, Kirby loves swimming and hiking to find waterfalls.
