Dana Stevens (she / her) is the event and project manager at Farm to Institution New England. In this role she focuses on bringing people together, overseeing FINE’s biennial New England Farm to Institution Summit, the biennial Campus Farmer Summit, and smaller network gatherings. Dana draws on her experiences working in farm fields across New England, and building collaborative farm to school programs in her work at FINE. In 2011 she served with AmeriCorps in Maine as a member of FoodCorps’ inaugural service team, and coordinated the statewide Connecticut FoodCorps program from 2012-2014. She is a founding member of the Connecticut Farm-to-School Collaborative and a consultant for food systems projects around the region. Dana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus in Food, Education and the Environment from Goddard College, and a Master’s of Science in Sustainable Food Systems from Green Mountain College. Dana believes food can create health, community, and social change. She and her family live in New Haven, Connecticut.
