Take Our 2018 Stakeholder Survey for a Chance to Win a Prize!

Provide feedback on FINE's programs to help shape the direction of your region-wide farm to institution network

Dear FINE Friend,

You're invited to respond to our 2018 stakeholder survey! This annual survey is intended to help us better understand and serve our constituents. It asks some questions about your involvement in farm to institution activities, and also about your opinions of FINE's services and programs.

TAKE THE SURVEY
We estimate the survey will take about 15 minutes to complete. As a token of our appreciation for your time and thought, you will be entered into a drawing for one of three prizes (your choice of a Visa gift card, a discount on your 2019 New England Farm to Institution Summit registration, or a contribution to the summit scholarship fund). The drawing will take place on Thursday, December 6th.

The information gathered will help us and others involved in the farm to school, farm to college, farm to health care, and farm to corrections movements in New England to be more effective. We are eager to see how our work is impacting the farm to institution supply chain and to better understand the scope of innovations, barriers, and opportunities we all face. Finally, we want the information to help us plan how to more effectively assist you!

Results of the 2015 and 2017 stakeholder survey have helped guide our strategic and programmatic goals. We are eager to see how our work is impacting the farm to institution supply chain and to better understand the scope of innovations, barriers, and opportunities we all face.
