New Food Service Reports!

Now accepting comments on two draft reports on local food procurement by food service management companies

We're excited to share the draft versions of two publications created by our Corporate Food Service Action Project. Our team welcomes your comments and contributions. In particular, we're interested in receiving short descriptions of innovative initiatives by food service managements to procure more local food and support small and medium-sized farms in New England. These stories will all be featured on our blog, and the best of them will be included in our food service management report!
