Food

We've selected UMass Amherst as our host site for many reasons, but most importantly, we are excited to highlight the innovative work of their campus dining services. UMass Amherst is now ranked second nationally for best campus food by The Princeton Review’s 2015 edition of “The Best 379 Colleges.” The ranking is the latest in a string of honors for UMass Amherst’s Dining Services, which has been recognized nationally for its sustainability initiatives, nutrition programs and promotions and special events. Several Dining Services chefs have also earned top honors in regional and national competitions in recent months. And yes, they have signed on to the Real Food Challenge and are on track to sourcing 20% real food by 2020!

UMass will be providing all our conference meals. We will be providing menu options that meet the needs of omnivores, vegetarians, vegans, gluten free, as well as those who will be observing Passover. Please indicate your dietary preferences on the online registration form.

All meals are included in the cost of registration with the exception of Wednesday night's Localvore Dinner.

Exhibitor Fair

The exhibitor fair at the Farm to Institution Summit will be a great opportunity to promote your products and services, build awareness around your mission, strengthen relationships and meet new customers and collaborators! The exhibitor fair is now full.
